The doors of Trace North, the sister building to Trace Lofts, have just opened. The 100-unit condominium property caps off developer Ted Schroth's transformation of an abandoned lot and vacant warehouse into the two-building, residential and retail property with a total of 142 living spaces. Johnson Architecture + Planning was behind the design of the green project. The entire conversion endeavor, a key player in the progression of the blossoming Pike/Pine Triangle neighborhood, was completed over a two-year period, with Trace Lofts having debuted in September 2007.
