Financing in Place for Suburban Portland Apartment Property

Elmonica Court Apartments in Beaverton, Oregon has just been financed. Red Mortgage Capital Inc., one of the top Fannie Mae DUS lenders in the country, provided the fixed-rate financing for property owner, Portland-based Randall Group Inc. The apartment community was developed 11 years ago and sits just 10 miles west of Portland at 1248 SW Kiley Way in. A garden-style complex, Elmonica encompasses 12 three-story structures containing an aggregate 144 residential units. Randall, a leading West Coast real estate investment and management company, has charged subsidiary CTL Management Inc. with managing the property.
