Qineti Q North America Operations L.L.C. will soon bring its local offices under one roof at Ocean Ranch Plaza, now that the company has leased approximately 20,300 square feet at the nine-month-old mixed-use property in Oceanside, Calif. Carrying the address of 3605 Ocean Ranch Blvd., QNA's new space will be in a 40,000-square-foot structure surrounded by the complex's 40,000-square-foot medical office facility, 26,000 square feet of retail space and, 126-room Marriott Residence Inn. Ocean Ranch Plaza, now 77 percent leased with QNA's commitment, sits within Stirling Enterprises' 400-acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre master-planned business park. CBC Almar ONCO R International represented Ocean Ranch Plaza owner Kahl and Goveia in the lease transaction, while the tenant relied on the assistance of The Staubach Co. QNA plans to relocate to its new home in July.
