Five-year University Research Park tenant Precept has decided to stay put in its 32,000-square-foot digs at 130 Theory Drive in Irvine, Calif. The benefit consulting and administration outsourcing firm has signed a five-year lease renewal with property owner The Irvine Co. In addition to extending its occupancy of the entire second floor of the 63,400-square-foot building within the 2.2 million-square-foot park, Precept's new lease agreement includes a remodeling allowance. Studley assisted Precept in making a decision about its future accommodations and represented the firm in the lease transaction. The Irvine Co. relied on internal representation.
