Grubb & Ellis relied on an existing line of credit and funds raised via an IPO to finance the transaction. Located on five acres, the 104,000-square-foot property was built 22 years ago, and sits within close proximity to the well-traveled I-405 and I-604, as well as Highway 22. The five-story structure is flanked by retail and hotel properties, and is presently fully occupied by United HealthCare Services Inc.
