Alliance Bank, a community business bank commanding more than $950 million dollars in assets and headquartered in Los Angeles, has signed a 127-month lease for a 25,000-square-foot office building in Irvine, Calif. for $10.2 million. The property is at 1901 Main St. in Irvine, Calif., next to the John Wayne-Orange County Airport. John Harty and Michael Coppin of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine office represented the lessor, Piedmont Operating Partnership, a subsidiary of Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Bret Merz and Jeff Shepard of CRESA Partners represented the lessee, Alliance Bank.
