Burke Real Estate Group, an Orange County-based investor and developer, has acquired an 80,000-square-foot multi-tenant business park on 5 acres for $10 million. Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office facilitated the deal. The Cedargrove Business Park consists of four buildings at 13311 to 13341 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove, Calif. Mike Hefner and Paul Caputo of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, Cedar Grove Investments. The seller, Herd Partnership, was represented by John Gates of Central DeAnza L.L.C.
