Younan Finance Group has signed on to purchase a B-Note on an office and retail property in Orange from Rubicon Capital America L.L.C. The asset located in Orange County, Calif., consists of the 290,800-square-foot Orange Tower, a class A property, and a 42,700-square-foot 24-Hour Fitness Facility. The note and assets are part of the first mortgage loan on the portfolio of former Equity Office Proeprty assets that Maguire Properties Inc. acquired ffrom Blackstone last year.
