Per agreement with it's shareholder, JMB Capital Partners, Maguire Properties Inc. will add four directors, Cyrus Hadidi, Paul Watson, Jonathan Brooks and a JMB Capital nominee whose name will be announced later, Los Angeles Business Journal reported. Additionally, the firm is still looking to replace Robert F. Maguire III, the company's founder, who resigned in May following the withdrawal of his own bid.
