RadioShack's Ft. Worth headquarters has traded hands, according to the Dallas Morning News. Seller KanAM Grund reportedly got $238 million from Tarrant County College District (TCC). As part of the deal the firm's leaes was redone, and it is staying put until 2011, with an option to stay in its 400,000 square feet until 2013 The deal is for the 900,000 square-foot, 18-acre downtown FT. Worth complex and also the surrounding land owned by RadioShack and its retail store connected to the complex.
