The former Orlando Sun Resort, a 950-room hotel in Kissimmee, Fla., has been reinvented as the Ramada Orlando Celebration Resort & Convention Center, with Tecton Hospitality at the helm as manager. Located about 20 miles outside of Orlando at 6375 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, the property also features 60,000 square feet of space to accommodate meeting, convention and exhibition activities. The management contract marks Tectron's first foray into Orlando's convention center hotel market.
