There will be four South Florida stores sold, located in Cooper City, Coral Springs, Jupiter and Plantation.

Albertson's, which is based in Boise, Idaho, has locations in seven states nationwide. The company says it will operate its remaining Florida locations with the support of its Lake Mary division office and Plant City distribution center.
